Founded by Jeff L. Fritz and comprised of a team of professionals, Cahill Adams has served clients focused in health care, financial services and technology. Cahill Adams has deep roots in executive leadership focused on strategy and growth for emerging businesses. Jeff began his career in the early 1990's working for an employee benefits firm. In 1995, Jeff founded his first business; an employee benefits consulting and full-service brokerage. By 2002, Jeff had engineered Merger and Acquisition deals for his first company as well as 2 other firms. In 2003, Jeff designed a technology solution for the new consumer directed health care space that used a hosted application model. The Software as a Service concept was to create a more flexible and extensible technology solution and was quickly seen as a radical departure from traditional healthcare solutions at that time. This company, Lighthouse1, was sold in 2008 and is leading the convergence of Healthcare and Financial Services. As healthcare and personal savings issues have risen to the forefront in the United States, Jeff has gained recognition within the industry. His forward thinking views on healthcare, financial services, software, and benefits administration have made him a highly sought after pundit for industry and mainstream media. Jeff has received national recognition for his outstanding achievements in the industry.
