MIDART Communications, LLC (pronounced my-dart) is a television broadcast company, headquartered in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. MIDART's operating methodology for its television properties creates new streams of revenue and new models of cost-savings, resulting in a new and improved paradigm for the broadcast industry with a strong return on investment for its shareholders. MIDART was formed to acquire and operate television stations that are under-valued or over-leveraged and create duopolies and triopolies when possible. The company targets stations in medium to large designated market areas in the United States, ultimately reaching 10% of the U.S. market, creating economies of scale.
