Former Federal Program Coordinator and Accessible Communication Specialist for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Lynn Wehrman founded WeCo (The Wehrman Collaborative) in 2011. A company that calls itself "for-profit-with-a-purpose" WeCo provides user-experience testing for business and governments who want to make their communications accessible. WeCo employs a team of Certified Test Consultants who are also people who live with disabilities.
