Digital Marketing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Concepts and executes weekly batch and blast emails based on marketing calendar events
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Maintain existing automated email campaign components such as graphics, coupon codes and segmentation
  • Develop & launch new automated email campaigns based on shopping behavior as well as continually optimize existing
  • Customize content using dynamic fields based on customer group behavior

List Management & Segmentation

  • Define audiences and build segmentation and engagement plans around key customer segments
  • Coordinate automated and daily emails to ensure optimal customer experience


  • Monitor weekly campaign marketing reports and regularly analyze performance metrics including: delivery, open-rates, click-rates, conversion-rates
  • Monitor performance and maintain on-site acquisition modal for optimal list growth
  • Develop testing plans to improve email performance metrics
  • Analyze and report email performance against revenue goals

Paid Search/Advertising

  • Monitor daily campaign performance for paid advertising accounts, including Google AdWords and Bing
  • Create and implement new campaigns based on product offering and promotions
  • Optimize advertising spending based on analysis of performance
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
