Job Description

The Systems Engineer’s (SE) primary role is to partner within the Sales team and work alongside Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales and revenue goals. This position will evaluate technical requirements of new sales opportunities and develop technical solutions to meet the needs of prospects.

Responsibilities


  • Identify customer technical and service needs and provide solutions, using the full catalog of JAMF service and software offerings
  • Represent JAMF Software at industry events
  • Technical point of contact for prospects throughout the sales process
  • Position and present JAMF Software solutions to prospects, demonstrating the Casper Suite and other products to prospects
  • Drive, support and close evaluations and pilot implementations of the Casper Suite
  • Work to ensure that revenue and sales goals are met while maintaining a high level of prospect/customer satisfaction
  • Provide installation and customization of JAMF Software products in accordance with established procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Service departments
  • Special projects as assigned

Professional Qualifications:


  • Excellent technical, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in presentation
  • Mastery of JAMF Software product offerings, as well as working knowledge those from other vendors
  • Working knowledge of the architecture and tools relevant to implementation of JAMF Software products
  • Ability to travel for on site demonstrations, events, implementations, and other duties
  • Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team
  • Proficient, well-rounded experience in technical consultative selling to multiple levels within a complex organization
  • Experience working within a large-scale Macintosh environment required
