Job Description
The Technical Training Specialist will work under minimal supervision with members of the Services and Support team to deliver training courses and other services offerings related to the Casper Suite and complementary technologies. The Technical Training Specialist will also assist in internal training efforts including research, documentation, internal training sessions, and creation of public-facing educational deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an advanced level of knowledge of JAMF software products, related technologies, and integration strategies
- Plan and deliver training courses to customer, prospects, and partners throughout the United States, and in key international locations
- Manage logistical aspects and costs related delivered courses and services
- Take an active role in the maintenance and development of additional curriculum, training offerings, and departmental processes
- Deliver additional JAMF Software professional services as needed (e.g., JumpStart)
- Develop workflows and strategies for various use cases related to JAMF Software products
- Create clear, concise, and professional documentation for internal and external publications
- Report planning, progress, and achievements on a regular basis
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years professional training or educational experience
- Advanced Casper Suite knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills within small and large group settings
- Ability to adapt and solve challenges quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive, driven self-thinker who strives for results while contributing to the team
- Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
