VP, Health System Sales

Job Description

Sansoro Health, an award-winning digital health pioneer, seeks a VP, Health System Sales to help us grow our business to the next level. We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs, architects, developers, and problem-solvers. EmissaryTM, our ground-breaking application, is transforming healthcare by simplifying EMR integration. Our primary customers include health systems and healthcare IT vendors. With a referenceable customer base and strong financial backing, we are on track to be the new standard in health care integration.

The VP, Health System Sales will translate our vision into impactful sales strategies which produce high value customers and position Sansoro Health as the market leader. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales and relationship skills and leverage our superior product and enhanced marketing efforts to drive sales and grow subscription revenue.

The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with the executive team, Marketing and other Sansoro personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

The VP, Health System Sales has responsibility for developing and executing customer level strategic sales plans that address the entire sales cycle including:

  • Execute health system sales strategy including go-to-market planning, lead generation, building and managing a robust pipeline, developing individual business plans, cultivation of existing opportunities, and closing sales
  • Build rapport, qualify opportunities and establish the vision for why Sansoro Health / why now with appropriate decision makers and key influencers in a health system including CEO, CIO, CMO, CMIO, CFO, etc.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Sansoro suite of products

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful solutions sales experience in the healthcare market with a focus on technology.
  • Experience selling B2B products, especially products targeted at technologists (CTOs, CIOs, Application VPs and Directors, Infrastructure VPs and Directors).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office product suite.

Compensation

Sansoro Health offers a competitive compensation program and benefits package.

Up to 80% travel may be required

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree or equivalent sales experience
