“Software engineering firm Team Informatics Inc. completed its acquisition of Frontline Logic, Inc. on Tuesday.

St. Paul-based Team Informatics Inc., which specializes in content management software, is privately owned by its 65 employees and has roughly 150 clients around the globe.”
