I&#039;ve been doing a bit of research on registrations between states, and there are many questions about NV vs. DE... but for the MN bootstrapping start up, I think it&#039;s more important to just get something going, create real value; then if things go well and if the time comes for VC rounds, etc. deal with the possible change over to DE. Looking forward to the upcoming Single Member Minnesota LLC post!</description>
