The traditional business card takes a tech leap

Neither firm harbors illusions that the traditional business card is going away. Both are advocates of face-to-face business interaction, with the requisite ritual swapping of little printed rectangular objects.

But electronic cards do have their uses, the local entrepreneurs argue, at a time when business relationships increasingly are forged and nurtured on the Internet. Consolidating professional information online in a way that is easy to share, they say, is a must in today’s increasingly digital world.”
