Lawson Software Inc. plans to cut 150 to 200 positions, about 5 percent of its workforce, as it seeks to retool its business amid a changing market for enterprise software.

St. Paul-based Lawson (Nasdaq: LWSN) said the restructuring involves workers connected to its M3 Enterprise Management System, which has operations in Europe, the United States and the Philippines. It has a total workforce of about 3,700.”
