“The first federal lawsuit challenging the $1.25 billion sale of ADC Telecommunications Inc. to Tyco Electronics Ltd. has been filed.
The suit was filed against Eden Prairie-based ADC (Nasdaq: ADCT), its board of directors and Tyco Electronics (NYSE: TEL) in St. Paul’s U.S. District Court Wednesday afternoon by Iowa shareholder E. Joyce Emmons. It seeks class action certification for shareholders.”
