St. Paul picks up another tech company HQ: Instrumental

Instrumental Inc., a high-performance computing consultancy, is moving its headquarters from Bloomington to St. Paul.

St. Paul has pushed over the past year or so to lure more tech companies to the city. The initiative grew out of Microsoft Corp.’s decision to base a regional office there, as well as Cray Inc.’s relocation from Mendota Heights to St. Paul. (The city also has long been home to Lawson Software, nabbed from Minneapolis.)”
