Rapid.IO provides software solutions to large Internet and financial organizations to solve their big log data problems. Compliance and regulatory requirements like PCI, HIPPA, and NERC have increased the need for companies to collect log data from their applications and networked devices so they can review and report on user access and security controls. Companies are also using this log data for security, fraud-detection, and IT application management purposes. Rapid.IO has developed search and reporting software that can scale to manage terabytes of log data and produce real-time reporting and complex analytics within seconds to provide compliance reporting, application forensics, and application troubleshooting information.
