St.Paul-based Digitiliti recently procured $1.2m in a mix of equity & debt financing according to an SEC disclosure.
In a previous, yet visibly incomplete fundraise, the OTC (PINK: DIGI) firm pulled in $420k out of a target $2m round last fall.
According to the company’s website, Digitiliti offers two specific products: a virtual information management system/library named DigiLIBE and enterprise data protection/backup solution DigiBAK.
The company recently self-reported “cutting file storage and data archiving requirements by 81 percent with no extra work,” for one customer, using DigiLIBE.
