RedBrick Health hiring like it’s 1999

RedBrick HealthHealth technology and services startup RedBrick Health is looking to add over 20 more “BrickHeads” to their wall according to founder Pat Sukhum.

With $60m in funding since 2006 inception, the increased headcount would raise the roof by 20% for the 100 person firm now spanning nearly 30,000 square in downtown Minneapolis.

Newly named VP of Engineering Mike Milkovich says he has “90 60 30 days to hire the best local talent he can source,” and fill nine immediate voids as roughly half of the firms 21 total open positions are technical in nature.

Developers! Developers! Developers!” he exclaimed.

RedBrick Health designs customized health and wellness plans through an engagement platform blending personalized experience, social networking tools and rewards which “link individual financing to healthy behaviors.”

Current investors are Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Highland Capital Partners, Versant Ventures, Fidelity Ventures and HLM Venture Partners.  “Select” clients disclosed include Cargill, G&K Services and Sara Lee, although Sukhum declined to comment on any recent implementations just yet…
