“Data center infrastructure provider Datalink acquired IT infrastructure provider Midwave for $17.6 million last week to expand its managed services portfolio.

Datalink says the acquisition will help Datalink close 2011 with an anticipated annualized run rate of more than $400 million and more than 400 employees.
