“(MINNEAPOLIS, MINN) – Today, Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak announced the official launch of the city’s new Minneapolis 311 smartphone app. This free download allows citizens to report service requests from their iPhone or Android mobile devices.
Currently, there are 10 different service requests that can be submitted through the application, including complaints about potholes, graffiti and traffic signal problems. The Minneapolis 311 smartphone app is supported by SeeClickFix; the world’s largest citizen-reporting platform.”
