Forbes ranks Code 42 Software as one of America’s most promising

Code 42 SoftwareMinneapolis’ Code 42 Software is America’s 53rd ‘Most Promising Company,’ according to Forbes latest list.

Founded in 2001 by Matthew Dornquast, Brian Bispala and Mitch Coopet, the company claimed 2012 annual revenues of $26m and grew to 175 employees globally.

Last year, a decade into the business, the team opted to raise outside capital when they raked in $52.35 million led by Accel Partners;  it’s estimated that the firm was valued between $250m-$300m at that time.

Code 42 placed #313 on the 2012 Inc. 500 last August and then #24 on the Lead 411 Tech 200 in November. Code 42 is the only Minnesota tech company to make this Forbes list.
