DigitalTown CEO Castle resigned

DigitalTownDigitalTown, the $17m publicly traded tech company from Burnsville, has become CEO-less since Robert Castle resigned last fall.

The company had issued a host of news releases over the past months, none of which mentioned the departure of their newly minted CEO.  A spokesperson for DigitalTown acknowledged Castle’s departure and noted that the role has not since been filled. CFO Paul Gramstad declined to comment, while chairman Richard Pomije is currently unreachable.

Robert CastleCastle came in as a turnaround man last March for what would be a four month stint; it appears that the turnover is systemic, considering multiple directors have also fled, including Dave Dahl who joined in December.

Castle is now with Fourscore Resource Capital, a bit of a return to his finance roots.
