Bloomington startup KeyedIn locks $16m funding round


KeyedIn SolutionsBloomington-based startup venture KeyedIn Solutions has raised $16m in equity capital according to a disclosure document recently filed with the SEC.

KeyedIn offers both enterprise software (ERP) and services to verticalized markets such as manufacturing and professional service organizations.

The company has raised money here and there, made a host of acquisitions near and far, and generally operates under despite their momentum.

In an interview with CEO Lauri Klaus last October, the ambitions became clear —  to reach $100m revenue in three years (eventually $1b) and one day become a public company.  Considering her background and how hush-hush the company operates, there’s no reason to think KeyedIn isn’t right on track.
