Inside Mobile Realty Apps’ new HQ

The trajectory continues for Minneapolis startup Mobile Realty Apps as the technology enabler for real estate agents opened doors this week on a new headquarters.

The move represents a consolidation of three different offices — sales, development and QA — into 4,000 sq. ft. three year lease at 301 4th Ave inside the north Grain Exchange Building.  The company counts 25 employees now with intentions of filling 14 new positions (including senior mobile roles) within the next 3-6 months, according to founding CEO Aaron Kardell.

MRA’s upsize comes on the heels of a large deal with California’s largest MLS service and Kardell notes they’re already looking at possibilities to continue expanding into adjacent suites.
