Kipsu’s SaaS model helps service organizations (hotels, hospitals, airports, etc.) engage with their customers via text messaging channel in a flexible and scalable way.
“2014 was a breakout year for us, we’re getting a lot of traction,” Smith says. “Our goal now is to double headcount and quadruple revenue in 2015.”
