Duluth police can’t withhold body camera video, state says

“DULUTH, Minn. — The state of Minnesota will not impose temporary restrictions on public access to police body camera videos as requested by city of Duluth officials last week.

The city filed an application with the state seeking to have several categories of videos classified as private — including those recorded in private homes or during the course of investigations involving juveniles or sexual assault.”
