Six startups (TBD) will have the floor to give their best appeal in front of a live audience that will determine which two get a shot at going to Google HQ.
From there, Google will hand pick one of the two finalists to fly into Mountain View to pitch (again) at ‘Demo Day’ with other ventures from across the country on April 2. The experience is part of a relationship between CoCo and Google dating back years, formalized under the ‘Google for Entreprenurs’ network. Last years event winners Docalytics and Kidizen received wide exposure and eventually investment from Steve Case, one of the Google Demo Day judges.
Minnesota tech startups seeking to raise $1-$4m are encouraged to contact CoCo cofounder Don Ball for more information around pitching on January 29 in Minneapolis. Attendees nor startups need to be members of CoCo to participate in CoCo Pitch Night.
