Minneapolis SaaS firm Sport Ngin announced relocation plans to the Highlight Center at 807 Broadway St. NE last October.

“We’ve ran out of space completely,” Marketing Manager Jim Dahline said regarding the motivation to move from nearby Van Buren building.

Originally a lightbulb factory and once home to Minneapolis Public Schools, Sport Ngin leased 30,000 sq. ft. on the third floor with options for another 20k adjacent space.  Construction and improvements finished last week with some 220 employees now migrating to a new home.

“A lot of perks for our employees…I mean we literally have a brewery opening across our parking lot. Take one walk through this building and you’ll know why we chose it. We could see Northeast becoming the next Minneapolis tech corridor with the Highlight Center anchoring.”
