On July 1, not long after shuttering their first and only out-of-state location, CoCo would announce a new lease on life in Minneapolis with 13,000 sq ft. inside the Van Buren Building in the Northeast neighborhood. They took over the same floorspace that Sport Ngin occupied prior to relocation down the street just weeks ago.
While the crew is still applying their finishing touches to this brick and timber aesthetic, CoCo Northeast is already up and running.
CoCo is offering individual memberships starting at $70/month with 10 startup suites available (probably less now), that are designed for groups from 2 to 14 people and go for $1k or more. Metro transit routes run within a couple of blocks and there is free street partking with surface lot contract parking available as well.
This particular spot has five meeting rooms available for booking both for members and non-members alike.Similar to the downtown CoCo, these coworking and commons spaces are reconfigurable for special events. And the rooftop patio will likely prove a popular hangout for some months of the year.
