KeyedIn SolutionsRemember KeyedIn Solutions, the Bloomington-based ERP SaaS firm with a vision to become a $100m company in three years and ultimately IPO?

The company is now raising ~$7.5m with ~$2.7m claimed, according to a new SEC filing.

KeyedIn Solutions was founded in 2011 by George Klaus and Lauri Klaus, the husband and wife duo who sold previous company Epicor to Apax Partners for an estimated billion dollars.

They’ve been raising money off and on since inception, with the largest known round of $16m in 2013.  Whether or not they’ve hit their 3 year financial goal remains unknown, but we’d like to find out…
