MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 4, 2015 — Gage, a Minneapolis-based engagement marketing agency, announced today a strategic partnership with GLITCH, a Twin Cities nonprofit organization that promotes the exploration of digital games in Minnesota as a culture, career and creative practice.”

Following a long history of working with gaming publishers, including Sony and Microsoft, Gage will provide in-kind public relations services as the firm looks to enter the Twin Cities video game market. Gage’s efforts will be led by Michelle Hoffman, a senior public relations specialist, who has extensive experience promoting video games working on such brands as Konami Digital Entertainment, the former Sony Online Entertainment (now Daybreak Game Company), Paramount Digital Entertainment, 505 Games and more. In addition to providing support, Hoffman will also join GLITCH’s Advisory Council and act as a mentor for local developers as they create and market their own games.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Gage in 2016,” said Evva Kraikul, co-founder and executive director of GLITCH. “Between its PR and marketing experience, the firm brings a lot of firepower to an underserved video game market here in the Twin Cities.”

“We are big fans of GLITCH here at Gage,” said Tom Belle, Gage president and CEO. “We are looking forward to having our public relations team help raise awareness for GLITCH and its efforts to support the Twin Cities gamers.”
