Video Guidance Changes Names To Pinnaca

“LONDON & BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Last year, London-based BCS Global Networks merged with Minnesota-based Video Guidance. The new company today announced it has been renamed Pinnaca.”

Pinnaca combines the sales and operations of two industry leaders in visual communications, creating a formidable global service provider that links BCS Global’s capabilities in Europe and Asia with Video Guidance’s in North America.

With more than 125 employees, Pinnaca will retain its corporate headquarters in Berkshire, UK as well as its North American sales and operations headquarters in Bloomington, Minn. The company also has regional offices in New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong and throughout the U.S. The merged company extends its geographic reach, bringing new, ever-changing technologies to a worldwide marketplace.

The name Pinnaca aims to help the company remain at the pinnacle of the new wave of multi-media technology and revolutionary applications in an explosive industry.
