“MINNEAPOLIS and ST. PAUL, Minn., March 13, 2017 — Maxxum Inc., an IT asset disposal and data destruction firm based in the Twin Cities, has acquired Trace Technology Management, in St. Louis Park, MN.

Maxxum has assumed Trace Technology Management’s technology center in St. Louis Park and will keep the facility running under the Maxxum brand.”

Trace has enjoyed rapid growth in a variety of industries, particularly the education market,” said Tom Pritzker, President, Maxxum. “Trace provides services and remarkets equipment in a similar manner to Maxxum, so the transition for their clients will be seamless.”

Maxxum has also hired Ryan Kopp, a veteran of the industry who handled operations, processing, and customer service for Trace Technology Management. Kopp will continue this role at the St. Louis Park location for Maxxum Inc.
