“We’ve passed the baton onto you,” Sen. Kathy Saltzman (D-Woodbury) told the audience who gathered in Eden Prairie Monday to learn about the tax credit.
“Make good use of it,” said Rep. Tim Mahoney (D-St. Paul)”
