Mark will explain how analyzing and improving retention at InboxDollars became an exercise in moving beyond the standard metric definitions (e.g. DAUs, Churn Rate, LTV) and instead focused on crafting a retention model based upon the unique needs of audiences both internal (employees) and external (users).
