Client Support and Training Specialist

Job Description

Client Support:

  • Communicate with client regarding problems; research and present solutions
  • Identify and appropriately escalate issues requiring attention by other staff
  • Ensure that all client support issues are addressed in a timely manner

Client Success

  • Build trusted relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Manage account renewal and onboarding processes for assigned client accounts
  • Understand assigned client accounts organizational goals and technology needs

Client Training

  • Plan, coordinate, schedule and present all regular client training
  • Perform custom training with client groups as needed
  • Coordinate and maintain follow-up, feedback, and evaluation from training participants
  • Assist in creating training videos as needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate training material to varied groups and individuals
  • Customer service orientation
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous training experience preferred
  • Experience with database management software and hosted services preferred
