About the Role:

As a content strategist, you’ll be an integral part of how Revel delivers the promise of an exceptional member experience that changes the behavior of our client’s consumers. You’ll work closely with our design, data, and implementation teams.

You Will:

  • Lead, own, and develop product content strategy that informs product development and production longterm
  • Collaborate with product, design, research, and data teams to develop and execute on scalable strategies to change the behavior of our clients’ members, patients, and consumers
  • Own content implementation activities with clients
  • Build and manage Revel’s product content guidelines + best practices
  • Write consumer-facing content that nudges people toward behavior change across many channels of interaction
  • Lead and manage copywriting, reviewing, and editing content resources
  • Ensure content meets regulatory and plain language requirements
  • Keep up to date with communication trends and strategies
  • Improve and iterate on current programs
  • Proactively look forward to future programs

You Are:

  • Expert in multi-channel communication strategies and tactics - Email, Interactive voice scripting, SMS, Social Media, UX writing
  • Expert in consumer-first content strategy
  • Consumer experience thinker, bonus for experience with HCD project teams
  • Understanding of healthcare communications regulation
  • Good organizational skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project management
  • Bonus points for writing for vulnerable populations

You Have:

  • 5+ years of consumer-first copywriting experience, bonus for in a B2B2C environment
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare or regulated field preferred
  • Formal education in journalism, marketing, HCI, UX, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related degree from an accredited institution
