Based in our Minneapolis office on Lake Calhoun, our U.S team is seeking a high-achieving and conscientious Customer Success Manager who thrives in building long-lasting customer relationships. This individual has the unique opportunity to help develop the customer happiness model at Cludo from the ground up. The Customer Success Manager will work with customers post-sales, provide technical support, drive user adoption, and deliver satisfaction to ensure each customer is wildly successfully with Cludo’s SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to ensure on-boarding, user adoption, retention and overall success
  • Provide technical support on all aspects of Cludo’s products & services
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
  • Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources from across the global team
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Cludo can better serve our customers
  • Maintain & gain knowledge of the languages & technologies supported by Cludo
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of working experience in a customer success/happiness role
  • Valid Passport

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B customer success experience in a high-tech environment
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Self-starter, positive and passionate about customer happiness
  • Ability to take pride in onboarding and training customers with the right solution
  • Understand subscription products and self-service sales
  • High-attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a global team
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
