The Director of Product will focus on driving roadmap strategy for the restaurant analytics products in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Support.

Job Description

  • Develop product roadmaps based on the needs of multiple channels, roles, and verticals
  • Prioritize initiatives, features and enhancements of the products to lead to the largest market impact
  • Analyze, identify and qualify opportunities for all products
  • Gain expert understanding of industry and market for all products
  • Build and lead a high performing Product team
  • Create UI requirements, including wireframes, mockups, use cases and workflows
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Support to gain end-user insight
  • Develop satisfaction programs in order to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with Marketing to identify partnerships and strategic integrations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop training, sales, and marketing collateral
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with how product(s) address key market problems/needs
  • Be responsible for setting product direction and product planning
  • Oversee commercialization/launch process for product releases to confirm successful delivery of new product capabilities from concept to post launch delivery
  • Be responsible for market requirements, pricing, market sizing, competitive analysis for product(s)
  • Support strategic sales opportunities
  • Be recognized as a thought leader and participate in and contribute to industry events and platforms
  • Effectively bridge with key stakeholders including prospects, customers, partners and investors


  • 7+ years hands-on experience managing B2B SaaS products
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant business or technical field
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and business resources
  • Proven leadership and team management
  • Excellent team building track record
  • High quantitative and analytical abilities with ability to prepare and manage to annual operating budgets and business plans and to develop and manage to KPIs
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Strong ability to quickly assess and develop talent to build team and operational bench strength
  • Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines often with challenging requirements
