The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Information Security Manager. This position will oversee staff responsible for:

  • Threat, vulnerability, and incident management
  • Security design, development, and implementation
  • Identity and access management
  • Security education, awareness, and communication

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business administration, computer science, management information systems or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 8 years of broad technical experience in one or more phases of information technology and management information systems, to include technical project management, leadership, supervision or management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated leadership, mentoring, coaching and/or staff development skills; strong interpersonal skills; and demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated experience with information security concepts, practices, and technologies, such as: information security controls and policies, risk assessment, network security, intrusion detection, incident response, computer forensics, and public key infrastructure.
