IT Hardware Sales Client Adviser

Job Description

DUTIES:

  • Assist clients with incoming orders
  • Assist with order fulfilment
  • Data entry into CRM/ERP/Invoicing System
  • Business analysis/lead generation/data mining
  • Make ~30 outbound phone calls to qualify leads
  • Build and maintain potential client relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliability, maintaining a 9-5 M-F schedule
  • Strong communication ability by phone and email/messaging
  • Computer proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • OUTSTANDING phone presentation and communication skills are a must
  • Build rapport with potential accounts
  • Conversant in Informational Technology
  • Ability to work with internal colleagues and customers in a professional, team-oriented way
