Job Description

The Recruitment and Sales Intern will play a crucial role for our Marketplace Expansion team and will offer the chance to be part of the close interactions between product, sales, and marketing as we work to develop new markets and client relationships.

This intern will gain hands on experience in a fast-paced, growing startup environment! This paid internship is open immediately and has the possibility to continue into the fall semester, depending on candidate availability and business need. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. We are located in Minneapolis, MN. This position reports to the Marketplace Talent Operations Manager.

Projects include:

  • Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new service providers to join Field Nation in specific markets and skill sets
  • Assist with training new service providers on our platform
  • Assist with creating email campaigns and use an email automation tool
  • Create campaigns in Salesforce to track growth campaign activities
  • Utilize ZoomInfo database to bring relevant prospects into our outreach campaigns
  • Create multi-touch reach out sequences (emails, LinkedIn messages, phone scripts)
  • Place outbound phone calls to prospective Service Providers
  • Respond to engaged Service Providers and set meetings
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of Service Providers joining the platform
  • Provide User Experience Feedback to Product Team to improve provider experience

Required Experience and Background:

  • Ability to identify, propose and implement solutions
  • Ability to research and find target contacts in specific industries
  • Ability to independently research solutions and process in Salesforce
  • Desire to dig into the data and create a process to organize it
  • High comfort level with conducting advanced Google searches for research purposes
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Data Science, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Groove is a plus
