Regional Sales Manager

Our Enterprise Regional Sales Managers creates, identifies, and closes sales for Total Expert. This person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business. Our team is looking for aggressive team players in a rapidly growing ever changing technology company. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales focused role, with a proven track record of sales success. We need someone who is motivated to move fast, be innovative and deliver quality.
- Understand and present Total Expert products and inspire prospect interest
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of names accounts
- Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Manage complex global sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity and a strong focus on customer success
- Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
- 5+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts
- A proven sales hunter and closer
- Strong preference for knowledge of the financial services, banking, and mortgage
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
