Red Wing Shoes is looking for an Enterprise Social Marketing Manager to be responsible for our enterprise-wide social media strategies and initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Global Work and works cross functionally to deliver consistent consumer and customer experiences across all social channels.

Red Wing is 40 minutes from St. Paul, the opposite direction of commuter traffic, and offers a beautiful drive to where our corporate office sits along the Mississippi River in downtown Red Wing. Position Summary:

The Enterprise Social Marketing Manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise-wide social media tools for consistency and effectiveness across all corporate, dealer and distributor owned channels. Additionally, this individual will build, leverage and administer all aspects of THE CREW closed community and any future closed community expansions.

Requirements, Experience, Knowledge and Abilities

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also have 3-5 years working in/managing enterprise local marketing and/or social media management platforms, and experience in designing and executing consumer research desired (surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, etc.).

Candidates must have a passion for technologies and trends; be a team player who can work across functions and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization; be highly astute in local marketing and social strategy, paid social, search, content planning, reporting, auditing and training; have expertise in managing open and/or closed social communities; have strong analytical skills and business acumen, along with the ability to be detail- and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects.
