Description

The digital growth engineering role is a critical component to informing, measuring and contributing to the growth of EVEREVE's ecommerce channel and digital styling initiatives.  This individual is part growth hacker, data analyst and digital marketer with a love for the technical aspects that glue it all together.

In partnership with our marketing, content and development teams, you’ll connect a focus on customer acquisition, retention and conversion to help optimize our growth, including hacks and tactics for increasing average order size, using email marketing and social networks, and improving SEO.  You’ll also bring your data-driven curiosity to measure and report on key metrics and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner on digital marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention
  • Partner with the ecommerce content for recommendations of onsite SEO improvements
  • Partner with the development team to suggest and/or implement data initiatives or improvements to integrations or site performance
  • Monitor metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide regular insights
  • Manage relationships with third party technology vendors that support our growth initiatives (i.e. email, product and local reviews, user generated content)
  • Growth tactics and measurement through A/B testing

Experience:

  • 3-5 years background in a growth marketing role (or similar) with hands-on full-cycle growth/performance marketing experience
  • Ability to configure and manage Google Analytics in an omnichannel ecommerce environment
  • Knowledge of using Google Tag Manager to manage marketing pixels and other code integrations across multiple environments
  • Versed in using Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or similar, to track and report on metrics
  • Experience using tools like Ahrefs or Bright Edge to analyze and suggest on-site SEO improvements
  • Experienced in attribution models and tracking and reporting on their performance across paid and organic channels
  • Python, or similar, development experience to extract, transform and/or integrate our internal data with third-party services and partners
  • A data-driven data-geek with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • Implementing and measuring A/B tests a plus
