The Marketing Automation and Operations Manager at Field Nation is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of all the aspects of marketing automation and operation processes. You will maintain the integrations, build and execute all the marketing automation workflows, data enrichment processes, and reporting. This position is a new addition to our team and this person will report to our Sr. Revenue Marketing Manager. We are currently remote due to Covid-19 and expect to re-open our office in Minneapolis sometime in 2021.

What you'll do:

    • Work with marketing, sales, and product to create, implement, and optimize nurture sequences, email campaigns, and other digital assets, including landing pages, conversational bots, and calls to action
    • Maintain and enhance the information flow and availability between our different tools as well as optimize lead management, scoring, routing, attribution, and automation to improve our funnel visibility and velocity
    • Own and oversee database management—segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, etc
    • Orchestrate, execute, and scale campaigns to maximize ROI using our marketing automation system and other tools in our MarTech stack
    • Maintain the marketing automation processes, procedures, programs, technical processes, and workflows between Hubspot and its integrated systems
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain the Hubspot integration with SalesForce and ensure pipeline data and metrics reporting is accurate and in sync across teams
    • Analyze, monitor, and report on KPIs related to marketing automation and campaign performance
    • Serve as the Hubspot Admin to manage support and technical issues
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, SPAM, and other regulations
    • Be an expert on the latest trends, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas and experiments to optimize efficiencies, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline growth

What you'll need:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in marketing automation (Hubspot preferred) and integration with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) within a B2B, high-tech company
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
    • Proven results in creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Understanding of the technical sales cycle, inbound methodology from lead to sale, and how marketing contributes to pipeline
    • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
    • Process-oriented - both in following and improving existing processes as well as creating new ones
    • Passion for metrics, reporting, and performance optimization. Able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions
    • Problem-solver; excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills, ability to think strategically while implementing fast but also planning for scale and future needs
    • Team player; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; including a bias toward action
    • Solid writing skills and experience creating marketing content
    • Ability to manage other digital tools and technologies: Drift, ZoomInfo, PathFactory, WordPress
    • Ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, is highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills in a challenging, fast-paced environment
