The Technical Support Specialist role will assist internal and external customers through phone calls, messaging platforms, and in-person support to help diagnose and resolve or escalate technical issues relating to daily operations and systems support. They will have a positive and optimistic approach to issues that arise to ensure a successful customer experience. They will play a key role with coordination for maintenance upkeep and maintain supply inventory as necessary, for technical and facility equipment.

 You will be responsible for: 

  • Assisting team members with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system
  • Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving related tickets
  • Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer and communicate status updates
  • Maintain office365 issues and deploy to end users via our desktop manage client
  • Recommend process improvement opportunities for troubleshooting and develop and maintain FAQ resource guides
  • Support quarterly board meetings after hours and attend in-person Constellation meetings when necessary to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for collaboration platform
  • Troubleshoot website questions including, but not limited to, login registration, processing payments, access control and forms assistance
  • Assist customers with general assistance on our website
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment and order necessary supplies and parts
  • Ensure printers are operational and adequate inventory of supplies and parts are maintained
  • Provide support and ensure functionality of Constellation Apps on mobile devices

You will have:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication style
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team
  • Problem-solving skills with technical curiosity and ability to think proactively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Highly organized with ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Desire to acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
  • Working knowledge of, Office365 suite
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10
