If entrepreneurial communities are led by entrepreneurs, the evening of Tuesday, March 12, from 6-10pm is where the action will be this month in Minneapolis.
Hosted by the Minnesota chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the 2nd annual Entrepreneurs’ Rally revolves around mentoring and networking between established entrepreneurs who meet EO’s member criteria and emerging or aspiring entrepreneurs.
“Our goal is to have a 1:3 ratio of mentors to entrepreneurs,” said Cem Erdem, EO Minnesota Community Outreach Chair. “Having worked for 20 years in Minnesota’s tech industry, looking at the level of activity going in here, I can say that this years event will be heavy on tech.”
Over 60 mentors are currently committed, including VISI co-founder/CTO Jason Baker, MinuteBids CEO Cory Factor, and John Tedesco — among many other qualified practicing tech entrepreneurs who are making themselves available for the night.
“Minnesota tech entrepreneurs attending should do their homework on the mentors who will be there…know exactly who they want to meet and get to know. The entrepreneurial mentors are there to give back and support,” Erdem added. More than one hundred tech entrepreneurs attended last year, some of which were interviewed for TECHdotMN TV.
Capacity is limited to 180, and is 2/3 full at this point in time.
