“Growing wellness-tech company RedBrick Health has signed a lease to take over three floors of the 510 Marquette building in downtown Minneapolis. The company is leaving 30,000 square feet of space at the International Centre at 920 2nd Ave. S. and will move into floors four through six of 510 Marquette, a building developer Ned Abdul is renovating.
RedBrick hired more than 80 employees over the past year and needs more room to grow, said company spokesman Andy Gonerka. He added that CEO Dan Ryan expects the new space to be open and collaborative with a “warehouse feel.”
