Fishermen sell lake-mapping firm to marine electronics giant

Contour Innovations, a lake-mapping tech firm founded by two avid anglers, has been sold to marine-electronics giant Navico Holding.

Minneapolis-based Contour and Navico, based in Sweden, didn’t disclose terms of the deal. Countour’s 10 employees and headquarters will remain in Minneapolis, said Matt Johnson, CEO of Countour.”
