SoltriteSoltrite, a local venture that got its start in 2009 has been acquired byApham Nnaji, according to founder Scott Colesworthy.

Soltrite specializes in enterprise customer chat/calling/video conferencing applications powered by Vidyo, the same technology that was part of the original Google chat.

Declining to cite specifics on the deal, he says the company will continue operating under the same name and customer base with “new leadership capabilities” under Nnaji. Colesworthy had a previous win in 2003 when he sold Soltris (not to be confused with Soltrite) to Avtex.

When asked what’s next, he replied “It’s time to help build someone else’s dream.”
