KidizenMinneapolis mobile startup Kidizen is raising a $750k round with $100k closed, according to a recent SEC filing.

“Kidizen is the peer-to-peer kidstuff marketplace for parents who understand the value of pre-loved things and want their children’s unique personalities to be reflected in their style. We help parents keep up with their kids’ constantly changing needs – from the next size to the next style to the next season – by providing a platform through which they can shop and sell a curated selection – all within a trustworthy, environmentally friendly parent community.”

The venture previously documented raising $85k in December, followed by an offer from Steve Case as part of a Google for Entrepreneurs demo day last month.  CEO Dug Nichols declined to confirm if the $100k received is from Case, or who has participated in the round.
